Meet The Band

Lynn Kilcourse

Lynn has been playing guitar for over 40 years, starting at age 14 was given a guitar by her brother was instantly drawn to it and was inspired by Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, and Hendrix. She has been teaching guitar, ukulele, and bass for over 35 years with a heavy emphasis on guitar. She has been in consistent performing bands for the 30+ years and plays lead, rhythm, slide guitar, and has accomplished finger picking skills. Currently she is doing vocals, lead and rhythm for 2 bands. She attended musical college but only after years of self teaching.  Damage Control is her main project but stay tuned because there are big things coming in the near future.

Corinne Kelly

 Corinne Kelly, a Northern California native, began captivating audiences at the age of 3. A triple threat as an actress, dancer, and vocalist, she's toured extensively across the USA, Canada, cruise ships, and beyond. Corinne is an accomplished
actress who has performed in many musicals, and has multiple appearances in popular Illumeably shorts on YouTube and on films streaming on Prime. Corinne has supporting roles in two feature films that are set to hit theaters in fall 2024. Musically influenced
 by icons like Etta James, HEART, and Linda Ronstadt, Corinne's musical journey spans folk, blues, jazz, and classic rock. Her former classic rock/pop band was active for a decade in the San Francisco Bay Area. Corinne thrives on the energy of hard rock performances
 with Damage Control 

John Holm

 Has been in the local music scene for approximately 25 years. Playing for the likes of Slackenloader, Bush League, Kage, Roadkill Chili, Big Red Beaver, Sextant, Also subbed in for various bands like More Reality Sugarbear, Fourplay, Rewind that 80s band, Grid and others. I love dogs too.

Ron Flowers

 Ron is an Oakland native. His father was an aspiring alto sax player and so music was always playing at home when he was around. An aspiring fine artist himself, about to attend California College of the Arts and Crafts until he went to Day on the Green in Summer of '79, then not long afterwards a classmate gave him "A Farewell to Kings" by Rush, that was it, the musical odyssey began and continues to this day. From fall of '85 thru '87, Ron attended Laney College Jazz Workshops with Ed Kelley also auditioned given bass chair for choir band directed by music director/pianist Walter Grey. In 2013 via a tip from music instructor Bassist Ed Platt, he attended music performance classes under instructor/guitarist Steve Sage. Ron has also played with Blind Love, Hot Tin Roof, and Hands of Time.
